Why is there no sound when the projector plays video?

This projector does not support Dolby sound. If there is no sound when playing a video, please turn off Dolby sound.

Why won’t the projector play videos from Hulu,Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc.?

Due to the HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) agreement, copyrighted videos such as Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, and Netflix must be played through Roku,Fire Stick, laptop,or computer.

Does the projector connect to mobile phones?

Yes, the projector can be connected to phones. You will need to use an adapter (not included) that connects to your phone.

Why can’t my phone use the Bluetooth function to connect to the projector?

The Bluetooth function is only used for audio transmission with audio devices and does not support video synchronization with smartphones and computers. Smartphones and computers cannot be connected to the projector using Bluetooth.
